Tax Info and 2 Core Values
Be on the lookout! We are in the process of mailing all 2024 contribution statements. Everyone should receive them by January 31. If you have any questions or don’t receive yours, please reach out to the church’s accounting office at 812-867-6464.
We are excited and praising the Lord for the response to the High School Winter Retreat. This weekend, 100 high school students and leaders will gather together at the 2025 High School Ministry Winter Retreat! Over the course of the weekend, there will be a wide variety of games and activities for students and leaders to grow closer together and create lasting memories. In addition to this, there will be times set aside to worship through song and to hear biblical teaching. The weekend theme is “Rooted,” focusing on the significance of having lives deeply-rooted in the Gospel of Christ. While the “heat” of life is not something anyone typically enjoys going through, these seasons can be viewed as a gift from God where our eyes are opened to seeing our true colors. Students will be challenged to reflect on their own lives and consider where they have rooted themselves other than Christ.
Our desire is for students to walk away from this weekend seeing Christ as the only all-satisfying and sufficient source to root their lives in, not only to survive life’s storms, but to grow through them.
The retreat begins in just a few hours, so please use this as a prayer guide. Remember that students and prayer are two of CFC’s Core Values!
Please pray that:

Please pray that:
- students' eyes would be opened to seeing where they have rooted themselves other than Christ.
- students would see Christ as the all-satisfying source in which to plant their lives.
- students would taste the grace of Christ in new & refreshing ways.
- God would stir students’ hearts to be honest about where they are spiritually with their leaders.
- God would speak through the messages to draw students into a deeper relationship with Him.
- all those involved in the retreat would be mutually encouraged by other believers and would walk away from the weekend with practical ways to more deeply root themselves in the Gospel.
Thanks for praying! We pray we will be worshiping with you this Sunday!
